The tool I built to augment myself, that became a company
The Origin
After a decade building trust into other people's systems, I built one for myself: an engine that does the analytical groundwork, with transparency into what is canonical built in, so the judgment stays human. It pulled together everything I had gathered across design, engineering, strategy, and intelligence analysis.
What It Became
It worked well enough for my own work that it became Calafai, a strategic intelligence firm. We keep brands visible and defensible inside AI assistants, and we do the deep analytical work, while a named person still steers, owns, and defends every result.
The Principle
Calafai is the superhero cape, not the superhero. It gives you the powers. You still steer, own, and defend the result.
